Beautifully done, Ghairo. This minimalist ekphrastic piece captures the essence of the Taj Mahal with elegance and reverence. The structure mirrors the monument itself—balanced, profound, and timeless. A lovely tribute to love immortalized in stone.

Ah, THKU much 4 this comment. I was going 2 do a long ekphrasis like my Mona Lisa one, but for beauty of Taj, I didn’t know where 2 start, then decided 2 do a double tectractys. So entered it in Brian’s contest, which didn’t get a placing, thought I should redo a longer ekphrasis, but still don’t know how 2 articulate extent of work that went into wonder. So am very grateful 4 this feedback. Will visit your inventory too, Rowena. love.x

This is beautiful. What a structure it is, also - immortal love, it seems.

It’s only covered in marble which they regularly polish with Fuller’s Earth. Actual structure is brick. Imperfect Perfection anyway like all of us. X.
