Laurel's Friendly Moves

Inside the land of marrying on the outer beltway banks Laurel settled her differences in the park accompanied by a fake friend, claiming that to be a winner around here, one has to find themselves between the covers.

“In this place you have to get down on it,” after riding a fast track the first lady to relationships, entertained a companion taking the form of a flask, “oh yeah I forgot to show Mackenzie’s novva,” she continued sarcastically slurring, “a star Mackenzie really, the guy she was galactically committed to, is down and fitzy and out of the money.’

Figuring out in her own mind Laurel reflected, “with an allowance that had the option to claim offered, Mackanzie and her beau, thinking Poggibonsi was a place for winners went to Italy. And when they were at that place beneath the stars, they showed everyone they were canoodling, resulting in not only stewards’ inquiry but an objection.”

“Such an embarrassment for the land of marrying,” Laurel took another swig “what is also interesting Momma’s G’s wish was out of the money, so they came home understanding you could go anywhere under the stars and be a winner and Poggibonsi should be bumped to second on the list.”

Peering down to her cell phone noticing another option to claim opportunity. “That is the solution,” Laurel pondered, “wait a second I can get Roselba to go down the mainline and act like a winner.”

Next morning, besides a pounding headache Laurel’s hands took punishment from the dramatic drinking binge happening the night before, picking through her wallet she noticed nothing was there. Despite being out of the money white knuckle flyers went up promoting Roselba.

When time came for the parade, Rosalba put on a show going above the limit, “you are going too fast,” Laurel screamed.

This time leaving the flask behind, Laurel met up with Roselba, her new work in progress, down at Indian Lake and the runner wanted to show her something to explain why everything ended up finishing at a fast pace.

“You were going above the limit,” Laurel told the talented athlete.
“I tell you Miss Laurel, it was the starter who had the option to claim,”

“The starter,” Laurel paused, “who had the option to claim?”

“Yes, the starter Bob Marco is the true winner since he claimed there was a foolish ghost which he put in his place.”

“Wait a second, a foolish ghost got between the covers with Mackenzie and brought tension between Mr. Dark and Fitzy.”

“Right,” Roselba confirmed, “it put Jeopardy James out of the money.”

“And the foolish ghost, who was second would ask, who was out of the money?”

“Answer James,” Roselba smiled

“No, Momma G’ who had the wish,” Laurel added.

“Maybe they were both out of the money,” Roselba shrugged her shoulders and the two moved on to the next event.
