Time is ours in a way -- forward and back, present...out of all we have collectively seen and correctly imagined enough to chose from and prosper~ or keep going down in flaming defeat.

Some skin deep beauty, goes clear down to the soul. But man does not have the patience to travel that far, seldom committed after the top layer.

Love—that invisible, divine radiance springing from the depths of our soul—travels toward the soul we love, and that soul, like a mirror, reflects it back to us... for us!

Indeed, no limit to personal development. We imagine...and then will. All that God is, we are, substance of his being inseparable. Christ is our relatable doorway to ever greater glory realized.

Rather than measuring a moment, it is better to be in the moment, traveling bravely life's unpredictable, and often harrowing trajectory -- one way or another, you will come out the other-side. For the sake of the soul, even death can sometimes be a victory.

With me poetry is about subduing one's conditioned mental reflexes, and allowing purer inert forces to take control of the stylus. In short, poetry should be about transcending the physical into realms of the metaphysical. The heart of great writing is spiritual and not commercial. One must take the "I" out of a work as much as creatively possible.

I am really resenting AI in the Arts. It is not the death of art, because artists will do art no matter what. Always there will be small gatherings of innovative creative individuals. But none will make a buck at it. Commercial mediocrity will rule...young people will never develop the skills needed to produce unique, personal products. It will hurt soul and spirit development -- the devil must be overjoyed. Another appealing way to keep humanity on the surface layer of creation.

Travel-distance is no journey by itself...more, whether and how our senses conjoin -- if one is committed to a truthful forward pace of mind and heart.

Poetry is really only saying things with deeper, more aware commitment. Treatment of words in such a way that gives the reader desire and space for personal mental, spiritual interaction. In short, poetry is more thoughtful. To be poetic involves heartfelt communion on a creative level that does not exist even with dear, profound prose. Great prose often exhibit strong poetic language.
