Vigilance must be exercised 2 interact with members from other countries.

The one who wrote, Truth is self-evident, was correct...profoundly in touch with spiritual Truth. I have said this before, but I will say it again, if I have to convince myself, as to whether something is right or wrong, go though a litany of gymnastic thought -- it is probably wrong! Truth doesn't require knowledge...it does not require proving -- it is like God's presence -- we just know...and that fact is unshakable, regardless of the profound consequences.

Experience has shown that governments are not immune to corruption and therefore are bound by necessity, when required, to reformation. Prudence dictates corruption abrogates the ability for self correction and so remedy must be accomplished through external means.
