It is both, since individual time line does change constantly through our decisions.
Communal time lines is when we collectively decide to change the course of an event. As you see, time is not isolated on our decisions but it is incorporated in each of us. It is understood that we are connected to one another through not only time but through planes of existence. We Create our own reality.
