Truth doesn't require knowledge...it does not require proving -- it is like God's presence -- we just know...and that fact is unshakable, regardless of the profound consequences.

We all possess an inherent amount of faith, we trust we are who we say we are and that things are, after a fashion, the way we expect them to be. An expectation that forms the baseline which allows us to interface and function within the bounds of what we, as individuals, consider the norms of rational existence. That is until circumstance erodes the illusion which forms the bulwark between what is rational and irrational. Chaos then needs little justification or provocation.
