A strategy in which one or more parties create a distraction or focus on a subject largely or entirely irrelevant to the topic at hand, in an effort to get others to do the same. Often used by mass media and politicians.

We were instructed to select a single best friend by listing their names. However, the friend I nominated chose someone else, and the person they chose didn't reciprocate. The situation was filled with distractions from one person to another. Hence, the only truly reliable entity is God, and Him alone can we trust completely.

Though we think of ourselves as singular, we are also communal, drawing from communal consciousness. The flip-side, we are also distracted by the hustling, the strife of a working day. At night they dream...we write!~ their sleeping dreams, fantasies our dawns for inspiration, tuneful-receptors-firing-poetic-alive.

We lose, we feel insulted, humiliated, depressed, revengeful just because we wait to react. Concentrate on finding a solution which is correct, logical in the given situation. Deal with it as a case study. If we keep aside our ego and remain focused, such distractions will automatically vanish. Not every body should have equal importance in one's life.
