I'm surrounded by concrete and steel for much of my day, so I can hardly imagine anything else I might do being that hard.

Life experiences can rattle, amaze, confound us; life itself has a perennial optimism ... as in weeds and flowers that burst through asphalt and concrete paving. Ponder the soul, breathe; ponder the meaning of breath. Rise!"

A 60's thought in 2019
This cotten world breaths and absorbs the life that we excrete from our pores. We work we run we play and at night we trip through our dreams. Sweating away our soul until nothing is left but this empty shell wrapped in this cotton world.

Feeling is abstract but expression must be always concrete. So, "I feel you" gives very bad connotation. You have no right to express your such feelings if it is not possible to shape it anyway.

|
After series of experience, the resolution is:"Learn to consume a lot and excrete a little".Listen more, speak less.

Poetry finds balances between both abstract freedom and concrete strictness. By this I mean, poetry displays its unique art by creating a visual work of art within the reader's mind while simultaneously creating music within the same reader via the poem's strict control of language.
