You don't win championships in September, obviously. You don't win them in Week 8. You don't win them with one game. This is going to be a tough deal for us to come back. Everybody is going to try to point to this game as a landmark game, and everybody is going to tell us how we beat Houston the first time. Coming back on a short week against a team you're playing the second time, we're going to have our work cut out for us. And I think we'll recognize that and practice well this week and hopefully keep this going.

We like to bring up our past success. The main thing we sell is the chance to play football, win championships, and we sell the Gateway Conference, which is the toughest conference in I-AA. If we can get them on campus, we hardly ever lose them.

We tried to catch up on sleep. We're slightly exhausted. It's good to catch up a little on sleep. Then it's back to training and getting ready for the World Championships.

Hank Raymond asked me to take over the Women's World Longboard Championships beginning this year. He thought it would be best for the future of women's longboard competition, ... Although the trademark is now in my name, it belongs to the women longboard competitors. And, in time it will be passed on to the next person so they can continue to refine, enhance and achieve the women?s goals for the future. I am really excited about some new possibilities and the future of women's longboard competition. It has long been my goal, for the Women?s World Longboard Championship to stand professionally on its own. Now it?s going to happen!

That is what a playoff team looks like. There is a reason they go to the playoffs every year and have won three world championships. They got off to a fast start.
