wow, I just read what you had to say and was very impressed!! I hope other poets here will read your words. It was nothing like i expected from the title you gave to this blog. It's so strange for me to think that some of my Mormon friends here in Utah are depressed because they had been praying for the OPPOSITE of what you and I were praying for. We all were thinking we were praying for the right. But in the end, it's our relationship to God that counts. GREAT commentary you made, Woodrow, filled with compassion for both sides of the political issues. My husband has to use meds for depression/anxiety. I fully can sympathize with you and what you were saying.
