Do not be perturbed by the apparition you see before you!!

I am a freelance author, from a widely educated background and have been writing for 35 years i am greatly pleased that a poem of mine titled air balloon ride at the fair was chosen in 2014 along with the great fire of Chicago to be in the common core standards for grade eight language and arts as study matterial with the venn diagram method Of appraisal.'

I am interested in feedback from the public; they are the reason for my writing. Some of

my poems are short & succinct & others tell a story.

I would like to see the literary flame burn bright in any day & age & believe that it can feed the

spirit & bring enlightenment.

I have updated the years on my writing time; have I been here 15 years already..? I shall just mention my book which is being published this year in the Christmas Season titled 'from poetry to prophesy' I wish all readers, enlighenment generally Whether or not they read it.' Proceeds are going to aid the work of the Lord through an Elim Church Charity which will Support actions in to raise awarenes of Child abuse, inc any ritual damage to them and support of field officers, missions to this end.' Wherever it is possible to reach them'

Hello soupers, I have been made aware of a good man Daniel White, who is in extreemly hard circumstance, so much so that his health is suffering along with that of his wife, on top of this they face forclosure on their modest house, I have decided owing to the character Of the man, to step in and bring him to your awareness, the name of the mortgage company that is pursuing him, is pacific mortgages I would ask could you send emails to them perhaps.? to see if we can appeal to their reason, and see if we can stop a good man losing his home I am not appealing for monetary support at this stage, although it may come to that, I have not done this as I am also told he is a very independant guy, so I am waiting for feedback as to how he would take to such a measure., another reason I have appealed to 'soup' Is although Daniel lives in Britain his lender is in the states.' I will be posting this true story on the relevant page which will involve more detail such as his town and address, maybe photos of him; his house etc, I trust that together we can give him a more secure Christmas and a stable new year, God bless you all; Joe. Hello I am heartened by all your responces It has gone to a bad stage for Daniel as you will read in the story, so I think I will have to appeal on twitter & facebook, I intend asking for direct emails to the mortgage company first, however as I write this;; I am having news of a family problem of my own to deal with' anyway I have draughted most of the story so it should be posted today. I am thinking of asking some of you to put up links or headers to Dannys situation of facebook or twitter when I get to that stage' Once again thank you my friends.' Just a heads up for you I have had a lot of stuff thrown at me by 'satanic forces' just as I was getting to grips with Daniels situation, I am still determined to make headway there, and am still doing groundwork so be aware, the story will be posted as soon as God allows.'

Joe am not aware of this case at all and I don't understand why someone in the UK would seek a mortgage from a company in the US.

Joe, if Daniel hasn't done so already and lives in the U.S., he can contact Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. The main difference between Fannie and Freddie comes down to who they buy mortgages from: Fannie Mae mostly buys mortgage loans from commercial banks, while Freddie Mac mostly buys them from smaller banks that are often called "thrift" banks. Both FMs are run through the U.S. Dept. of Treasury and were created to help people like Daniel. I hope this is of some help.

Joe....I know Chase is super accommodating re- payments...schneikies....I made deals with 'm for a year...they were super-cool....also most offer assorted help like rate reduction for a time...delay payments...etc...lotsa paperwork (I'm a like a hound-on-a-scent ta finish!)....Healthcare...here in Minnesota we have Medical Assistance thru Medicaid....easy peasy....100% paid ANY DOCTOR...same with food help...I've gotten so much for a while I was bringing to other shelves! I would suggest a local advocate help them navigate similar, Joe...Hope this helps Joe...keep us posted

Hi Carolyn, I was just using Chase (my mortgage holder) as example....Daniel most likely can get a mortgage representative assigned to his case to establish relationship...very important to build positive communication in every direction...knowing no details re-Daniel's situation (and not my business 'cept Joe brought it up) pretty challenging to quarterback from bleachers, thats why I suggest a trusted local advocate if Daniel needs it....if its either FM's...much easier IF....you navigate phone system tirelessly!

Jim, is Daniel's mortgage holder Chase? Do you know if Daniel lives in the U.S.? He can write to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac if he does. They will help.

Hi Joe...got dumped by my employer 3yrs ago when I was 59, tho highest performer (well, close, like an errant mortar-round)...also highest paid (well, close, like hand-grenades) & most expensive health coverage (well, close, like hypochondria-arthritis) sharing...me gone, costs cut 2/3rds....ride wave 'till customers figure it out (takes about 7, 8 months!) big ALDI shopper! hey Joe, send me what Carolyn said!

Joe, does Daniel live in the U.S. or the UK? I remember his name and think he was a member here. Is that true? Anyway, I will write to his senator or congressman if he lives in the U.S. (I'd have to know the city and state where he lives to do this. I don't think the mortgage company would read our letters. This sounds like another very good cause, Joe. Wishing the best for Daniel and his family. Hugs, Carolyn
