Defective Device

Why would you cross the line
Why wouldn't you take your time
Take a look at this stick
Turning around your heels
Soon it will make its prick
Right deep inside your skin
Swiftly... Oh, but slowly.
It should hurt you badly
We're falling to the pith now
Together, let's hit the ground.

Now we're scattered cause we're broken
No more chances, our hearts' open
I am done
You are gone
But bottomline,
It's a good fight
We're the only thing we made right

Have we lost?
Have we lost?

Point me just beside you
I wanna stay with you
Cause I should've told you
It's leading me to you
Though my hands can't reach you
Why, I adore you...
I brought my bones discord
For when I said the words-
And plead for your attention,
I've lost the right direction.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
