Eyes
It all started with a smile
A curious glance
Lovely eyes staring back
Beautiful lips waiting to be explored
Your intense stare I always felt
Feeling your unspoken thoughts
The uncontrollable pounding of hearts
Excitement and wonder in the air; as if no one but us existed
Your eyes looked into my soul
My breath caught in my chest
My words unable to form while my body trembled
I could only look helplessly into your beautiful eyes
It was then that I knew
I had found my match
Passion, chemistry, excitement
I would never find looking into another's eyes
For the rest of my life
I could not speak to a soul through my eyes
The conversations I've had with you
No words needed it was all there
I will forever walk into a room
And search for you
The distance cannot change
the feelings always there
In my dreams we still meet
I hear and feel your mind and heart
Hoping our telepathic conversations
Bring you back to me
