My Prayer For You

The poem below your about to read, I want you to know was written by me. I hope
you understand that this is what I pray, and if you ever need some comfort, you
will look to it one day.

Whenever I think about you, I pray to God above. I pray somehow or someway,
you could feel my love.
I pray he watches over you through the night and through the day, I pray he gives
you the hope, to let you know we’ll be okay.
I pray he holds you in his arms, when your feeling scared or alone, I pray he
takes that fear away, and another miracle is shown.
I pray he listens to you, whenever you call; I pray he moves mountains for you,
when you have no strength at all.
I pray he shows you there’s always a way, you may not find it right now, but if you
keep looking, you’ll come across it one day.
I pray for the times when you feel really weak, you feel away from Christ and his
presence you wish to seek. I pray he lets you know, he’s never left your side, and
when you’re ready to come home, he’s ready to be your guide.
I pray he takes all your pain away, and feels that empty hole. I pray he shows you
all his love, and pushes it deep inside your soul.
I pray he lifts those burdens, so you can keep your head held high, that whenever
you feel you couldn’t be any lower, you can stand and touch the sky.
I pray you know that I love you, and that I am never leaving your side, no matter
what you might do, or what you might say, In you I will always confide.
I pray for tomorrow, I pray for today, I pray you look to God, let him be your
pathway. I pray you know how much I love you, in every little way; I pray God
blesses us, forever and a day.
