I'm cursed by Destiny
Ignored by my own fate
We met at the wrong time
Felt like now it was too late
My thoughts were guarded
Emotions at high alert
Didn't want to let my heart break again
Go through that cycle of hurt
Love sometimes comes like a dream
But leaves you like a nightmare
Trying to forget someone you loved
Is like remembering someone you never met
Trying to hide my feelings
Pretending like nothing is wrong
It hurts to let go but sometimes
It hurts more to hold on
I keep myself busy
With reckless things to do
But every time I pause
I still think of you
Realizing I lost my heart
To someone who doesn't care
Silence is the most powerful scream
The love sick pain we bare
I want to find a heart
That'll love me at my worst
Arms that hold me in my weakest hour
Battling against the curse.
