The Walk

I learned to walk
When I was 9 months old
Why can't I make myself
Walk across this road

We might as well
Be 100 miles apart
I'm standing over here
Holding my broken heart

My love for you
Has never quit
I can't make myself
Take that trip

I wanna tell you
Somethings are ment to be
The stars were hung
For you and me

I honestly think
We are ment to be
But I'm so afraid
You hate me

If that's true
I don't want to know
So I turn around
Back in the house I go
