Fear

Fear is strange, it scares you to death
But never leaves your side
It scares you so much that you lose the will to fight
Fear eats you from within
Until you have no strength left but just to give in
You feel no emotion because all you feel is scared
And you never dare, you never dare to hope
You never dare to love
You never dare to fight
Because you have already given up
Already given up on life....

Hello Adaline - Welcome to the soup! May you be able to confront your fears and move forward in life. Sometimes it helps to concentrate on one fear at a time. Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts about this personal topic. - Gail
