Love Is Action
Love is not an emotion, it's an action we chose to make.
Sometimes we make it, even if it's real or fake.
Even if it's on a leap of faith, true love, or heart break it's still an action you take.
An action, not a feeling which has great meaning.
We choose to love, we choose not to.
Love is guided by the actions we make, or sacrifices we take.
Real love doesn't hate or harm, or put bruises on your arm.
It won't stress you out or leave you stranded.
Remember that the next time you say it,
I love you because I choose to,
because I want to,
because it's an action I chose to make.
