Pause
I am a pause.
A pause from reality.
a pause from obligations and duty.
I am an undefined moment of time,
a sceond, an hour a year or even
an eternity.
My name goes beyond definition as I
have many names and take many forms..
I am that extra breath, those extra 5 minutes
you take for granted in the morning, and the
endless sleep that is waiting for us all, some day.
I am the one stop your thoughts when you have too many,
massage your feet when you are too tired too walk, the one
who stops your face from frowning when you are worried.
I am between action and in-action between stop and play
I travel between the past the present and the future
still I am beyond time, I am beween nothing and eternity.
My request for you is only one, BE, HERE NOW
