Hypocrisy 
Lack of sincerity
Inner struggles
Outer too
Looking up
Falling down
Nowhere to turn
Spinning around
Crying out
In silent screams
Wide awake nightmares
Living the dream
Praying to God
Surrounded by demons
When will it end
Peace be with me
