To my son I will never see

Through the loss of an unborn son
An unknown journey had just begun
The place to where I did not know
My only comfort, together we did go
My pain and sorrow could never compare
The physical torment we did not share
The doctor’s scalpel, she alone did bear
Is there a reason you had to take
What we together, our love did make
I still believe, but must confess
Many doubts, still cross my chest
But when I look, up to the sky
I still don't know the reason why
But in the end God's will be done
A lesson learned from an unborn son
