The Ribbon - Improved

Looking down at her lifeless dead face
The delicious fragility of her china doll complexion
I tied the ribbon in her hair in a foolish way
The atmosphere is so heavy with this tragedy
Her loved ones enter, I hope they will remember her alive
Her warm skin, loving smile and playful laugh
But looking into their bloodshot eyes, I can see their one wish
I know from my heart this wound will never heal.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
