The poem(s) are below...

Quiet Strength

When you touch me, suddenly I am no longer that which was
At once the cold becomes warm and the clouds roll back
Exposing the warm sunshine that is waiting to exhale
Upon all those who have not breathed
And yet there are no words spoken
No sound that can be heard with the ear of the flesh
Peaceful tones I hear
Sounds that run deep through my soul
Yours is a quiet strength
