Pardo Me, Did You Just Kiss Me

Pardon me, did you just kiss my cheek and walk away?
Was it just to make me cry, or catch my breath and then to sigh?
Were you hoping for another reaction?
To make me act like my body' s in traction
I exhaled as I wished for more
I know its over as you walk out the door.
