I Don'T Know What To Do

So much sorrow,
So much sadness,
So much hurt,
So much pain,
I don't know who to blame.

This feeling i just can't stand.
My heart once sat in your hand.

I told you it was fragile,
but you let it fall to pieces.

I don't know what to do.

My heart aches,
while the love breaks.

I feel no happiness,
I feel no compassion.

Our hands were once entwined,
but now our lives stuck undefined.

I want to close my eyes and forget.
I swear my head's about to split.

I don't know what to do.

I just want to cry.
It's coming to my eyes.

You give me no choice but to ignore you.
After everything we've been through.
But I love you.

I don't know what to do.
