like the words I cannot express
like a calmness nothing else brings
like a river that never loses its edge
the notes hit like a memory
that I have no problem replaying
the sourest of moods
suddenly nothing feels wrong
bobbing my head to the harmony
tapping my foot to the beat
the songs I know so well
the lullaby of old
an expression of emotion
I am perfectly happy to keep playing
