Remind me that I am loved.
When I cannot love myself.

To strength my mental muscles,
Against the shadows of life.

Remind me that it’s okay to cry.
Only warm tears can defrost,

Only with warm blankets of interest
Can the debt of depression be paid.

That I am worth surviving this.
Only through the survival of living.
Can truly flourish and thrive.
