Push

Push

My inner voice is saying

You can do it, go ahead

I want to but my brain keeps saying

No, just stay in bed

If I listen I may try to go outside of my front door

And if I go will I go on to see if I can do more?

One step at a time

Scary as it seems

I think that I can do it

I won't know till I try

And maybe then I'll realize I can

And I'll stick to it

Beautifully written Elaine. I'm afraid I understand your words better than I want (if that makes sense to you)...Well done. Have a blessed day, my friend.
