Panic #2

Panic

What is going on I’m not quite sure,
My world’s fading fast I need to find a cure,
I’ll go to the doc and he’ll give me a pill
Ha, a medicated life that I will…

Certainly not do as life’s taught me better,
I’d rather end up in a one-sleeved sweater
Because in my heart I know I’m not really crazy
And it’s just this experience I’ve had that’s left me a bit hazy.

With the things I’ve done its apparent I’m young
But the thing I regret most is biting my tongue
Because all I ever really needed from my mom was a hug
So I could realize that life is the best kind of drug
Because the high I get from doing something superb
Is far greater than that gotten from the fumes of an herb.
