Trying to say how I feel
Wanting you to know
This love is real
Taking me by the hand
You listen so closely
I feel you understand
Holding you that certain way
Thinking of ways to say
That I want you everyday
The dimples in your smile
That distract me for awhile
And every single one
Of that goofy free-style
And when I hear your laugh breakthrough
I feel a joy that’s really true
Something that doesn’t feel one-sided
A sense that we are ignited
Like when a flame meets a match
We are united
The secret memories we hold
And how we were so bold
With you I can’t be self controlled
Somehow I know we’re bound
So through every up and down
With you I’ll stick around
