Seasons

Again again again
Here I fall again 
For a second, for a time I thought it’d never end
But gone with Fall like gone with Spring
Again I’m but a season’s fling
What filled my heart, what love could bring 
Again again again 
What more could I have done, what feat- name only one!
I’ve danced and sung, I’ve fought and won 
Again again again 
Now I kneel with tear stained cheeks on paths I walked with you
A season passed but not the last
Again again again
