House of God

Full of emptiness
I sit in the pews
Awaiting a savior
Who's waiting to lose

Is it Jesus or Mary
In the haze I can't tell
Stuck in this place
Where an angel just fell

Who has my soul
Who has my heart
These blood covered hands
Tore both apart

Is god in this house
Or is it just me
Praying to a lord
Who won't set me free
