You

In the quiet or in the hustle of life, I choose you
In the warm sunshine or the cool rain, I choose you
If the sky is endless blue or dark with clouds, I choose you
Through the battles of life and in the quiet peace, I choose you
Not only once, not twice, not every day
But with every beat of my heart, I choose you.
I will be in love with you with every breath
We are destiny, in any life I would choose you

Hey Pete, love how the poem wraps “choosing” someone through all life’s ups and downs, feels super real and cozy, like a quiet promise you actually want to keep. Pretty cool!
