Christmas With Kathy

There may not be presents under our tiny tree
or elaborate decorations for others to see.
No family or relatives will knock on our door
we are too far away and financially poor.

But our home is warm and the roof doesn't leak
and our home is filled with what so many seek.
We have food for our bodies and clothes on our back
and blessings are something we surely don't lack.

Our love for each other is a gift greater than gold,
no money can buy it for it can not be sold.
Thank you dear Kathy for all you have done
to make our little home a magnificent one.
