That Girl

That girl,
Isn't ready to back down without a fight.
beautiful on the inside and out
If you can't handle at the worst
You won't make it to see the best.
She will rise up,
She will break free.
These chains they don't consume.
At the end of the day
She will stand with her head held high.
Spiritually free,
This is how she was destined to be.
She won't sit there and be the bait,
She won't be the one to hear you're sorry,
Always at the wrong place at the wrong time,
Though that girl
Is stronger than yesterday.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
