If Love was a boat

If love was a boat,
I would sail it everyday, i would explore ways to use it, i would fish from it, use it for skiing and for sight seeing.
I would deliver things across the seas, and spend nights on it watching the stars.
I would wash it with dedication and care ,and make sure every thing was shiny and would sparkle.
I would service and maintain it with pride.
The hull would be of glorious golden stained wood cherishing its past and lasting voyages,
Its deck waterproof proving its resilience and strength and unconditional traits.
And its anchor radiating security and stability,
The heart of the boat.
Its, sail and post helping and encouraging whispers with the wind and the water pushing it along and guiding it through stormy seas.
I would choose my closest people to invite for a ride and show them what it truely ment to me
I would always be there for it especially if it broke down or was ever damaged.
And i would never desert it when it got old or wrecked.
My brain would think of it every day and my heart would never let anything get in the way.
I would cherish the good and the bad,
And remind my self how special it was, when it made me mad.
Because if love was boat, my net would be full and I would the luckiest captain sailing the seas.
