Call of Duty

Left behind the mom crying,

Left behind the old father dying,

He walked to his duty knowing ,

On him his country is relying.

Wiping off the tears of his love and mother,

Himself his feelings amd emotions were murdered,

Thinking of this country, thinking of the motherland,

Only this emotion he had, every else will mix up in sand.

Encouraging his father and loving his child,

He picked up his bag and he lightly smiled,.

The call of duty was the call of motherland,

And a lot of problems he had to withstand.

Encouraging his family that he will come back ,

Even knowing that he may or may not,

The brave hero had a lot to say,

But had no words in his word's slot

Duty was waiting for him at the border,

And he had to act upon the warlord's order,

He went out his home and again turned back,

Thinking of his family and the memories he had .

Not only girls , some boys too leave their homes called soldiers,

One who withstands freezing cold and burning hot at the border,

Still smily face, because not everyone gets this opportunity ,

Not everyone can do this, cant everyone stand for country's diginity.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
