Fighting To Let You Go

I hate so many leave
Blame me for how it all ends
Now your posting all the time
Without me even when I was still there

We said, we were strong enough
But when the tide got rough
And it fell apart
you didn’t stay to fix what we broke
You just tossed me out
Like a paper weighted piece of trash
On the the ground
Fighting to let you go

I wish you would have stayed
With me but you walked away
And I cried from the stress of it all
Hoping it was just a dream

We said, we were strong enough
But when the tide got rough
And it fell apart
you didn’t stay to fix what we broke
You just tossed me out
Like a paper weighted piece of trash
On the the ground
Fighting to let you go

And now the things that we broke
have split so far, we can't go back
you know I tried to glue the pieces
But you chattered it, thinking it was only me
