There Will Be Time

There will be time for freedom
From the chains of this disease
Although it feels so far away
Our troubled minds won't ease

There will be time for loved ones
Sharing moments that we've missed
Once again for making memories
To live, not just exist

There will be time for happiness
And being able to explore
To socialise and entertain
No more the social bore

There will be time again for schools
And our children a routine
Reaching academic milestones
And everything in between

There will be time for hugs and kisses
And lingering embraces
For laughter and togetherness
We've missed our loved one's faces

There will be time to live our lives
When normality resumes
Enjoying the pleasures of yesterday
Our desires speak volumes

There will be time when life's ok
And our anxious minds set free
From hopelessness and sorrow
Sadness and uncertainty

There will be time for hope and cheer
And celebrations galore
Spending time with friends and family
What more could we want for

There will be time in months to come
Where we'll sit and reminisce
And remember when the world stood still
Not a time we'll forget or miss

There will be time when business thrives
And sales begin to climb
Profit margins will look healthier
All this will come in time

There will be time for peace and joy
And harmony once more
Let's be grateful for each passing day
We've lots to be thankful for
