Whats Your Favorite Jimmy Buffett Song

We sang along to the lyrics that he wrote
Dancing and swaying to the music he composed
They’re all great in there own way
Let’s go back in time to that day
Where were you when you heard
your favorite Buffett song

Was it in a bar, on a beach or a boat
Middle of the pool sitting on a float
Making music for money behind door number three
Did ya see the crazy woman down on Carolina street

On your way to Paris or a slow boat to china
From the Bama breeze to the coast of Carolina
Who’s the blonde stranger with the tin cup chalice
And who are the gypsy’s staying in the palace
Trying to reason with hurricane season
Summer to Christmas in the Caribbean

Sitting in a hotel room daydreaming of Havana
Did you have to be there at the Fox in Atlanta
Maybe you were drinking boat drinks down around Biloxi
Or baking fruitcakes during the peanut butter conspiracy
Whether it’s the far side of the world with your little miss magic girl
Or one particular harbor seeking oysters and pearls
I found my cheeseburger in paradise
Heard the Jolly mon sing
It wasn’t just another Saturday night
Cause come Monday
We changed our attitudes and latitudes
It was time for a lovely cruise
They’re all songs you know by heart
If you have your license to chill
Follow the parrot heads to Margaritaville

We’ll miss him so badly
And when the coast is clear
We’ll wonder why we ever go home

So if you’re somewhere over china
Having some trauma in Tampico
There is a party at the end of the world
As we say goodbye to the
Son of a son of a sailor
Remember
If the phone doesn’t ring, it’s him
