The Winner Is

I've got a real fast car
So I don't know why
Seems the faster I go
The more life passes me by
Lot of people in the fast lane too
Probally end up where they started before they get through
Just a little bit older with another worry line
Thinking they were the first, you know the kind
One hundred miles per hour, now if that seems slow
Try one eighty and before you know
You've past the prime of your life and begin to coast
Down that long highway with your memories just a ghost
So my friend before you come into town
Let off the gas and as you slow down
Remember
Life in the fast lane might seem fun
But why not enjoy life before your race is won
