CHAOS AND ORDER

I am a blend of Old and Young
Antique and Modern 
Past and Future
Rough and smooth
Fast and slow
Wise and dull
Sharp and blunt

I am the clock that never moves
But is always correct
I am the clock that never crows 
But is always heard
I am the bell that never jingles 
But is always loud
