Write Indeed

I put pen to paper to express my mind's labour,
my expressions never end to implore.
So I lift my hand, now writing in favour,
of an expression that's mine to explore.

Hard I do work, like a slave to the word,
that sustains my constant word-lust.
My pen I exert like a razor sharp sword
and continue sincerely I must.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Have a blessed day.

This was really cool. I can't tell you how many times I have tried to walk away, but always come running back to the pen. I enjoyed this.

jp, it seems to me that writing is the mode we use with intense resources we have within us.
