A Child Lost For Money To Gain

A CHILD LOST FOR MONEY TO GAIN

The lust for wealth can cause much pain
Hurting and placing a child in pain
Starved of love because of greed
A child whose life is lost
Cannot be recovered at any cost
Turned away in her prime by a mother’s gain
A mother that wanted it all
Letting that child in her way, stumble and fall
A child that had so much to give
But denied that life to live.
Letting the child stumble and fall
So, she, the mother could have it all
What can one about this mother say
Except to hope that her greed will plague her one day.

“A CHILD LOST CAN CAUSE SO MANY TO SUFFER”
