I just want to sleep

I try every time I lay down
To sleep for more than hour
I can't
Between the nightly nightmare's and endless taking of sleep pills
All I want is some release
I sit here thinking if I would end it
That I would finally get the sleep I deserve
Instead of getting the abuse I don't deserve.
It's only another story different night
I feel itchy all over
I feel like am missing something
How can anyone go on living
Knowing what they done to me
Do they have trouble sleeping
Or is it just me
I don't know
But I wish it would end
Cause I can't handle this much longer.
