Why

Just when we thought everything was ok 
you both turned around and went the other way
A precious little girl who had a hard time getting here
Who's smile and laughter brang joy every where

A mother who cared for us so deeply 
who was full and vibrant and lived do freely
now i'm of all trying to be strong
confused and puzzled of what went wrong

When you two left like the sun in the sky
why oh why did they have to die
Oh dear heavenly father please hear me speak
when i say these to souls are yours to keep.
