Can You?

Can you see my trust?
It's so easily broken and crushed.
Can you feel my passion?
It's always here, it's everlasting.
Can you see my faith?
It's a kind of love that only you and I make.
Can you feel my desire?
It's a candle flame that begins a fire.
Can you see my devotion?
It's all for you, one raw emotion.
Can you feel my fever?
It's hard to control, the heat burns deeper.
Can you see my tears?
It's always done so quiet, nobody hears.
Can you feel my caress?
It's a soft, gentle touch of tenderness.
Can you see my bliss?
It's you and only you, that I will ever miss.
Can you feel my heart ache?
It's my heart on the line, my pride at stake.
Can you see my sincerity?
It's a truth that you will know with pure clarity.
Can you feel my touch?
It's when you're close, I love you so much.
Can you see my cure?
It's so easy for you to find in a mirror.
Can you feel my fear?
It's you not being here.
Can you see my needs?
It's you that I want, please don't ever leave.

Emotions

My heart is full of emotion
Feelings that flow to the center
In an erotically twisted motion.
Each emotion is a color created
Swarming toward the void
Filling a spot that's been deleted.
Creating a sweet addiction
Feeding my hungry affliction
With the warmth of your smile
The touch of your skin
The tingle I get the moment you begin.
You carry me higher
On the wings of desire
Your body heat bringing warmth to the fire.
The glowing sensation
In the touch of your hand
Sets my heart racing
With no destination.
I could wrap myself into you for an eternity
Until this life releases me.
You protect me from the things I fear
You hold me close, you're always near
Anytime I cry, you'll be right here
Whispering soft, wiping away my tears.
Your soul is so bright
It sends out a sensual light
Reaching out, holding me tight.
Love with you is a different dimension
Just your kiss, releases all my tension.
Our love so true, was meant to be
I could never be alone, just me
So if I ever was to set you free
Just turn around and come back to me.

Angel

God sent you down as an angel of love,
He cast you down from the heavens above.
He sent you here to mend my heart,
After my life had fallen apart.

Since you came, my path has shifted,
On your wings, my spirits were lifted.
The deeper our love grew,
The higher on those wings we flew.

Your love makes my eyes gleam,
And lets me drift into a sweet dream.
You give me a rush,
And my cheeks a blush.

My heart pitter-patters,
Everything fades, and nothing else matters.
Until I see you again,
And our new life begins.

Even though we have our fights,
Knowing you're here is nice.
When my vision is blurred,
You are what calms my nerves.

I love you so much,
Your smile, your touch.
You still make my heart soar,
Which makes me want you more.

Dylan

My little man,
With tiny feet and tiny hands.
Smiling, sighing,
Winning hearts without trying.
Chubby cheeks, upturned nose,
Bright blues eyes and little bitty toes.

My Storm

I know that it won't last,
I wait for the storm to pass.
The water is falling all around,
Making puddles form on the ground.
As lightening strikes, brightening up the sky,
I look up and wonder why.
I wish that you didn't leave,
It's all so hard to believe.
Trying to console my mind,
Rocking back and forth, remembering a happier time.
My eyes are unfocused, but I'm trying,
Wiping away the tears from pain filled crying.
These feelings of pain I feel,
Don't seem to want to heal.
Maybe in time they'll go away,
But right now they're here to stay.
