The windy days of March come and go,
Memories of marriage and children.
Birthdays for the month of March,
Celebrations with balloons, cake and presents.
Happy Birthday to a beloved son and father,
Good wishes for the year, health and happiness.
St. Patrick's Day and the wearing of the green,
Leprechauns and shamrocks bringing good luck.
The snow melts and the crocus and snow drops appear,
Making a guest appearance in the snow.
The warm weather and kites that fly high in the sky,
Last of the ski weather, comes and goes.
Early spring comes and blesses us with good weather,
We wear spring clothes and fashions,
Each day becomes a fashion parade,
We step through the puddles with our boots.
The walk to the park on a spring day,
God's blessings continue to bless us all.

While walking in the white sand by the seashore,
The seashells were many.
I liked collecting them,
There were shells of all shapes and sizes.
I was given a lovely shell,
Beautiful blue and green.
I collected shells of all shapes and sizes,
You could have a sand dollar which brings you luck.
There was a conch shell,
A large shell where you could hear the roar of the ocean.
What a good memory of Florida,
I put them in a basket at home,
There was a starfish,
Starfish,starfish in the sea.
What do i think of thee,
There were flat shells, fairly common.
The memory of our beautiful holiday in Florida.
The friends we met there at New Years.
The fire works that we viewed from the porch,
What a beautiful evening was had by all.

Love is like sunshine, cheers you up each day,
The smiles and hugs between friends.
A friend's sunny disposition,
Destined to be a good companion.
When you are surrounded by caring friends,
You are all set to have a sunny day.
When a handsome prince guests,
You respond positively and friendly,
What is this magic called love and kindness,
God's sunshine on a cloudy day.
Stop and thank God for his friendship,
What a clever disguise is his.
Sunny days with God and companions,
I am simply thankful to the Lord.

Yesterday was a miracle day,
We had a beautiful luncheon with friends.
A beautiful carnation was given to the mothers,
To celebrate the day.
A table was set with a tablecloth and china,
We lunched and had delicious foods.
A pianist played classical music on the piano,
Good listeners guested in the distance.
I sat with my companions and we had a delectable lunch,
Conversation and friends what a good way to spend the day.
A dear friend guested and a new friend,
We chatted and had the loveliest day.
i saw my favorite handsome prince ,
Which made my day miraculous.
We have been friends for a long time,
I always look forward to seeing him.
These are God's blessings to be with friends,
I thank our God for being this kind.

I look forward to Christmas each year.

The tall Christmas tree decorated and looks beautiful..
Christmas is a miracle from God,
The presents wrapped under the tree.
Christmas is a miracle from God,
The homemade presents, cakes and cookies.
Christmas is a miracle from God,
The Christmas cards and letters that you write.
Christmas is a miracle from God,
The days with your relatives and friends.
Christmas is a miracle from God,
The delicious lunch or dinner prepared especially.
Christmas is a miracle from God,
The Christmas creche under the Christmas tree.

Whittchurch picnic, favorite days with my relatives,
Many years ago, a beautiful picnic by the lake.
We had a nice picnic table by the lake,
Our brother Tom found this magnificent place, thanks Tom.
Good company and delicious foods,
i have a picture of this good experience at home.
We bought a bucket of Kentucky fried chicken and
received a complimentary beach ball,
The children enjoyed playing with the beach ball, they would toss that to and fro.
Tom with young Patrick, Frieda and his wife Gail,
Mom with her sons Kirk and Erik and grandfather Wolf and grandmother Erika.
We had sunny beautiful weather especially for our picnic,
Went for a walk, a seldom excellent place.
I like to recalling these experiences,
Days with my relatives, very harmonius.
Years later I visited my parents and their spacious trailer at Terra Cotta,
Our mother was waiting to greet us with a glass of champagne.
They have beautiful walkways,trees and chipmunks and squirrels,
What a scenic place to visit.
The traditional old-fashioned picnic is very popular,
We have many good experiences with our relatives.

I had a linguistic love affair for awhile with this handsome gentleman,
Today I think after he said good-bye the affair is over.
For awhile we got along exceptionally well,
You often ask yourself when someone chooses to leave.
Will your neighbors miss you, maybe we were only friends,
Some friendships are only meant to last for awhile.
What a nice friendship for awhile, I shared my love of art and poetry with him,
He gave me an appreciative hug and a kiss when I gave him two of my drawings.
I was disappointed when he didn't wish to communicate any further,
I miss our hugs, I hope that he is keeping well.
I thank God for this friendship and that my friend took the time to care,
Always say that I will meet someone just as nice.
God sends us miracles when we least expect them,
My Thanksgiving poem is appearing in the Heritage Letter and Calendar.
The "Thanksgiving Miracle" is my poem chosen and there is also a picture of me with my Poetry Award.
The blessed senior retirement continues and I am very thankful.

I heard my handsome friend is moving,
I'll miss him day by day.
He is moving onto greener pastures,
Each night and day.
How can you say good-bye,
When you have come to love him as a friend.
You love his handsome appearance ,
His kind manner and hugs.
I will miss you my dear friend,
Don't forget me,i won' t forget you.
I looked forward to everyday when I could see you,
I hope he will come back to see us again.
You are always friendly and I enjoyed your beautiful handshake,
When I first met you and your outgoing manner.
You used to make my day complete,
i will miss you terribly, my handsome friend that has moved away.
May God bless you on your next mission,
Until we meet again in the future.

He was my love at the end of the rainbow,
I was honored to meet him in my retiring years.
He was my love at the end of my rainbow,
His handshake is still in my mind.
He was my love at the end of the rainbow,
Tall and very handsome and very charming.
He was my love at the end of the rainbow,
i enjoyed seeing him everyday.
He was my love at the end of the rainbow,
I liked our hugs everyday.
He was my love at the end of the rainbow,
I enjoyed the hug and kiss he gave me .

I wished we could go on a date.
