Reality

The rain never falls forever 
The sun will shine again 

The pain will not last forever
With time it will all go away 

The suffering won't last forever 
There will always be a brighter day 

Every moment that we face has it's time in the cycle of life 
Each situation that we go through has its purpose in life 

Whether it's a lesson to learn from or something to make us stronger 
But at the end of it all you will realise that everything happens for a reason 

Don't lose hope, Keep the faith 
Keep believing, Keep working hard 

Never give up and keep striving for what you want in life

Horse Racing

She opened her legs then hopped up on it

She gripped it tight then sat down on it

He started to move so she began to ride it

She loved the feeling cuz she enjoyed it

She pulled out the whip to show that she was master

And when she swung it he began to go faster

She started to scream at the top of her voice

For the way he made her feel her voice got so hoarse

After a thirty minute run he started to tire

For this horse was no longer young he was ready to retire

A Great Man

You've worked so hard to make ends meat 
You've sacrificed a lot to make sure that we got an education 

You've made many bad decisions in the past but I know it was all in good intentions

You've always been there for us and you never left 
You made sure that we had a warm meal and a blanket on our chest 

You've shown your strength even in times of weakness 
I admire your courage, you're full of ambition 

For all your sacrifices I may not be able to repay you
But to make you proud I intend to do

How Beautiful You Are

You make me a cup of tea to wake me up in the right way

I rub your feet at night before bed so you fall asleep in a nice way 

I fill the tub with hot water and fill it up with bubbles 

You give me those sweet kisses wrapped in your cuddles 

I love your puppy brown eyes and your sweet soft lips 

You've got me going crazy the way you swing those hips 

You hate it when I grow my beard
You say I look like a dad

You should never cut your hair 
I need something to grab

Blind Love

Our love is blind
You're always on my mind
But when I see you i don't have much to say
Yet still you tell me you love me

I feel like giving up
I feel that you deserve more than this, more than me, I feel like I'll never be enough for you

Lately I been wondering what you dream of when you sleep, do you think of me,do you think of us, do you count sheep ?
I'm being honest I'm not so good with words
But my love comes from within, deep down inside

I only wanna make you smile
I never wanna see you cry
I'm not good with expressing my feelings but I got to let you know you're always on my mind
And it's bothering me inside

Even if I don't call or text all the time
Before I close my eyes and fall asleep

Just to let you know I want you right here with me forever

Now that you're here every negative thing I said I swear I take it back 
You don't understand my words yet but you will eventually 
You got your mothers eyes and you got my nose and my lips

What do i want from you I don't even know 
Why can't I get away from you these feelings always show

I caused enough pain I've done enough damage
In this unforgiving world how will I manage

The more we fuss the more we fight 
As we make love the moon shines bright 

Is this lust or is this love 
Or could it be all the above 

I'm gonna go now and let you be 
I think you're better off without me 

I'm not good for you and you're no good for me 
But with all that said that's what makes us we

Knowledge

I look at you but I don't speak 
Your eyes tell lies your mouth don't speak 

The things you say they cut so deep
Your words are strong, they make me weak 

I turn to you for what I seek
From what I hear, we're all sheep

The knowledge I require is so divine 
That after its acquired I age like wine

I turn to you for wealth of knowledge

Goodbye

The nights are dark and no longer cold 
It's just scorching heat 

The pain has become unbearable 
And I can't seem to sleep 

It's been about two months now since I've felt this way
I'm starting to believe this might be the end,  what can I say 

I've missed five appointments and I've stopped taking my meds
The only thing I seem to do is lay in my bed 

I can feel it in my bones,  I can feel it in my heart 
The one thing I won't touch again is the one thing that tore me apart 

I sit at home and cry all day but there are no tears to show 
This disease has taken control of me and it has stolen my glow 

I think it's time to let them know that my time will soon be up
I feel so cold my lips so pale 
The suffering will soon stop

My heartbeat races, my whole life flashes, my lungs they start to fail
And now I know just how it feels, my last breath, I exhale
