Shaken, like ive never been.
The old stuff I once knew....
ruied, shattered now made new
thousand angels crying.
hearts are breacking.
we need the gospal we once knew.
so i cry, holy father ive been uncover.
not listening to you at all.
forgive, me for what ive done.

when I can feel you breathe next to me
I long for you. Are you still with me. I can listen to your heart beat ...Breathin another moment with me.
Life's been lonely lately. Can't ever feel the same. You been gone awhile... I'm drowning in pain. can I stay in love.. be in your bed... Knowing your going to have to leave once again.

Melt down, Don't loose control.
Breathe.
Hold, a teddy bear! Care Bear!!
Don't cut your hair!
Don't know when to become stable, again.
Just, stop .. And realize I'm not the only one.
Don't know when ill be able to sleep again.
With nightmares, I'll have another rough night.
Raising thoughts, "go away!"
As I rome through the night!
Out of control leave me alone!!
God, keep your angels around me.
I've been sick all along.
Several years, have gone and passed.
And I'm still suffering.
Keep, a journal.. Stay on your meds.
And keep going to therapy, please.
Sleep deprived..... Mood changes.. Up and down..
Call the Docter if you feel this way.
Please , you are not alone!

When you, catch a rose petal fall into,
Water falls.

Do you hear me whispear
did you read the one last letter
i was just a little girl.
had no idea , just thoughts of glum running in my head.
i had the stereo up late last summer.
dont start, i told you a story
a quick testimony of my heart
listen closly, God designed you.
run open wide
dont look back cause someday you look and find that i was a friend.
